After months of online collaboration, SOLUTION partners came together in Bordeaux, France, for their first in-person meeting, hosted by Cap Sciences, leader of Work Package 2 (WP2).
The meeting focused on the development and testing of the Dialogue Sessions methodology, a key part of the project designed to encourage meaningful conversations between young people, educators and local communities.
Testing, exchanging ideas and refining the process
During the meeting, partners had the opportunity to experience the Dialogue Sessions activities themselves, exchange feedback and identify areas for improvement.
The first tests took place at Cap Sciences, followed by another round at Côté Sciences, where partners continued testing and refining the methodology.
This hands-on process helped the team explore how the activities could encourage participation, facilitate open discussions and create space for different perspectives.
Beyond the meeting room

The programme also included a visit to Garage Moderne, offering partners an opportunity to discover a local creative and community space in Bordeaux.
These moments outside the meeting room provided another perspective on the connection between learning, creativity and local communities.
What's next?
With Cap Sciences leading WP2, partners are continuing to develop the Dialogue Sessions methodology and prepare the next steps towards its implementation.
For a project built around dialogue, collaboration and co-creation, meeting in person was an important opportunity to test ideas together and strengthen collaboration across the partnership.
